Description

As a key member of the Fox Home Entertainment marketing team, this role will be responsible for managing our Theatrical Catalog releases on DVD, Bluray and Digital formats. The VP will help drive overall strategic direction for territory plans, guide pricing and promotional planning with our territory marketing teams across the globe.

Responsibilities:
-Analyze historical data and projections from local territories to determine the pricing and planning strategy of the library titles for each market.
-Lead the strategic direction of marketing/promotions for special event release of titles.
-Collaborate with the creative group to meet the localized needs of each territory appropriately.
-Develop effective promotional strategies that can be duplicated in various territories.
-Proactively manage/support packaging and marketing needs of each territory.
-Lead the function and meet market expectations within a lean infrastructure.

Qualifications
-Minimum 10 years of solid consumer/trade marketing experience. Consumer Products or Entertainment industry background is a must.
-Experience in a strategic marketing, retail marketing, or sales planning capacity with both trade and consumer elements.
-Strong fiscal discipline with experience in global budget management, reporting and tracking.
-Ability to operate comfortably at both the strategic and tactical levels, and strong collaborative style in building consensus and alignment.
-Must possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to deal with change.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities/deadlines with ease and poise.
-Must have strong leadership skills; proficient at establishing relationships with cross-functional peers and Senior Management.
-Solid understanding of consumer packaged goods channels of distribution.
-Must be creatively dynamic and resourceful.
-Must have exceptional analytical skills.
