Position Requirements:
Create and grow a strong, ongoing business in a set of accounts and build a longer term relationship
Manage an existing group of customers, with a focus on revenue growth and expansion through upsell and cross sell
Pro-actively target additional areas for generating leads and source own leads within own network
Understand business use cases & adapt sales message accordingly, delivering tailored demos in face-to-face meetings
Awareness of the contract negotiation process and good negotiation skills
Abilities:
At least 5-years of sales experience and proven track record with larger scale deals
Very good English language skills
Excellent network to medium sized companies and large Enterprises
Pro-active, knowledge seeking attitude combined with a passion for social media or web-based software
Work experience at a technology product or services company or a company that serves the software industry
Excellent sales organizational and communication skills and an engaging presence, both face to face and on the phone
Good experience in selling SaaS solutions and / or Customer Experience software
Experience in the area of partner sales in the region would be very useful
