The role includes:
Project Management of product installations and workflow deployments within an Agile framework
Reporting on progress of work packages (using tools such as MS Project or MS TFS Agile templates)
Analysing, capturing and communicating customer requirements
Writing concept and functional design documents
Providing consultancy to customers on software implementation projects and technology
Taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and building long-term relationship with key customers
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in a similar Project Management role delivering enterprise software solutions to an external client base
Familiar working within an Agile environment
Experience writing functional design documents
Demonstrable background leading teams of technical specialists, with the ability to articulate technical requirements
Some experience or knowledge of SQL Server, ASP .NET, C# .NET development, JavaScript, HTML desirable
