Role Responsibilities
– Responsible for growing business with existing Dell customers
– Demonstrate leadership building and managing teams in support of customer opportunities
– Proactively positions a positive business outcome to the customer’s current business problem
– Drive and execute market and account management activities, qualifying and developing sales opportunities, leading an account team and leveraging specialty resources and partners
– Drives vertical expertise within the segment and facilitates feedback to the product group and business operations on customer requirements
– Penetrate addressable whitespace in existing accounts
– Engage strategic channel partners for resources, fulfillment, and account management
Qualifications
Requirements
– Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
– Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota; experience selling into Fortune 1000 size customers
– Demonstrated ability to deliver practical business solutions based on enterprise understanding of the customer’s operational capability and total asset/value portfolio
– Extensive experience of senior commercial relationships in major accounts
– Strong business acumen with network of existing customers, partners and business contacts
– Experience providing end-to end account management
– Candidate must live in the territory they service.
– Must be able to travel up to 50%
