Desired Candidate Profile
· Strong experience in product engineering sales as well asworking in different DACH
· Experience of over 5 years of carrying personal sales quota
· Experienced in off-shore business and the related businessbenefits and constraints
· Good understanding of Automotive, Industrial automation and ISVindustries for at least several years
· Goal driven and have an outstanding track record indelivering high growth
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Ability to converse in local language is considered very positively

· Hunting as well as mining activities for Automotive, IndustrialAutomation, Electronics, Manufacturing and ISV
· Widen our presence in any of the above assigned region and berecognized as a leading player in some segments
· Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, maturing and closingthe business opportunities with the help of our delivery people
·Sales Manager will use a sales tool for day to day sales planning,forecasting, tracking and documenting. He/she will ensure all theclient related data including the status of the opportunities isalways up to date. He/she is also responsible for the hand-over ofsales case to delivery making sure all necessary contractual andproject opening documentation are delivered on time
· The ultimate task of the Sales Manager is to bring profitablegrowth at the set target levels to the company
