Job Description

· Responsible for leading the Large Enterprise Account Manager, Territory Sales Reps and SE Team/s of various levels of seniority toward achieving business goals (revenue, products, market-share, etc.)

· Ability to work and successfully manage cross-functional teams on a matrix basis.

· Engage with OEM, Master Resellers & Channel Partners and leverage them to increase coverage and cover all relevant market segments

· Build comprehensive sales, marketing and training programs for OEMs, MRs & focused channel partners (Elite & Premier)

· Build & maintain high level customer & partner relationships

· Provide Monthly Geo Field Forecast

· Provide an ongoing feel about the partners business and consequently Brocade’s business through the partner

· Identify opportunities for new business, Geo expansion into emerging markets and communicate resource needs to address these opportunities to the Geo VP & HQ

· Manage & achieve business objectives within the allocated budget

· Ability to involve and drive all relevant stakeholders in the matrix organization to achieve desired results

· Share Best Practices with the other regions in the Geo

· Drive development efforts to upgrade the skills of the field force

Qualifications/Job Responsibilities:

· 12 years industry experience.

· Strong business & leadership skills.

· Ability to articulate suitable strategy for the region and lead execution with accountability & focus

· Proven track record in driving P&L, revenue and share growth

· Strong forecasting abilities

· Ability to build, challenge, motivate and lead a strong, culturally diverse team

· Knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN technology solutions.

· High level of acceptance & credibility with partners and customers

· Capable of affecting change where required to resolve business bottlenecks with the end result in mind& with a high level of persistence to overcome challenges

· Strong communication skills

· By being a “natural” leader ability to orchestrate high growth initiatives

· Ability to coordinate and delegate across business

· Should have past experience in a similar regional role

· Very high personal and professional integrity

· Comfortable with technical and business English usage ( documents reading, e-mails, conference calls )
