Salary/Benefits €90,000 Basic Salary, €180k OTE + Bens (Negotiable)

Our client is a Market leading provider of API (Web Middleware Solutions) in the European, US and Asia markets. Our client operates a full API middleware integration network to enable software to communicate across the web seamlessly. Growing 50% year on year they are pre-IPO and taking the operation in Europe to the next level. This is an exciting start up with an exceptional leadership team and a highly scalable product the market needs.
The Senior Software Sales Executive is primarily responsible for sales of API/Middleware solutions to net new accounts in the German Territory focused on the Telco market. In addition, the Sales Executive is responsible for the renewal of contracts with existing customers as nominated by the Sales Director and for the development of additional revenue streams from existing customers. The role requires excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work multiple sales cycles simultaneously and the ability to provide timely, accurate account updates and forecast reports to the management team. This position is a field sales role and will involve extensive travel across Germany and may be based from home (Within 1 hour of Frankfurt or Munich). Solutions are offered in a web based/Cloud deployment models. There are currently two roles on offer (Telco and Enterprise) and given the right applicant, one of these roles will progress to a team lead role for the region.
The ideal candidate will come from a software sales background and have experience within API Management / EDI / Middleware or related technologies around web services or SOAP. Candidates will also be competent in the Telco sector and have sold €250k+ Deals. Candidates must have experience selling high level solutions to C Level and be competent, enthusiastic and autonomous in their nature. Based out of the Munich or Frankfurt areas candidates will be willing to travel across the territory to meet with client prospects.
