On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Data and Performance Management Team Leader in Basel. This is a permanent job 100%
Your mission:
Provide data analysis and improvement recommendations to support the daily operations as well as the delivery of business changes across all functions (marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain)
Be the leader of a team in charge of the data integrity in the reporting systems and the creation of standard reporting tools
Propose changes and participate in the change implementation in collaboration with PMO project managers if necessary
Collaborate with Quality Management to document and standardize data management across the sites
Establish a data maintenance organisation to ensure a very high level of data accuracy
Your competences:
·5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Management
·Good understanding of business organization with a deadline oriented approach
· Strong knowledge in IT tools : SAP MM, SD, BW, Lumira, SQL, MS office
Your profile:
· Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
· Strong data management, analytical skills and a good understanding of financial indicators
· Strong organisational skills and good communication
· Fluent English
