Optimization of end-to-end NPI, Solution, Business Initiative program management processes to support achieving the highest possible business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Efficient and Effective Business Program Management Process Leadership

■ Ensure NPI/LCM and Business program process compliance

■ Drive program focus on achieving clear business outcomes

■ Create and lead highly effective program teams

■ Ensure appropriate levels of ongoing program governance Program Management Process Design and Reengineering
■ Design new processes and tools to evolving business needs

■ Reengineer to optimize process efficiencies and effectiveness

■ Drive timely implementation of new or reengineered processes

Program Performance Reporting and Focus on Continuous Process Improvement

■ Ensure timely, consistent, and relevant program status reporting

■ Perform regular program retrospectives; outcome performance analysis and reporting

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Drive CPI through continual program management benchmarking and best practice assessments

• Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering.(NPI PLC management)

• Develops and directs development of NPI LCM schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.

• Manages activities of supporting VDC teams and cross-org partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.

• Conducts/leads checkpoint meetings, communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules

• Drives innovation and integration of new processes, systems, tools, methodologies into BPM processes and programs.

• Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced program team members and BPM staff members concerning program management and BPM Lifecycle management/NPI product Lifecycle management.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or Program management related disciplines,
• PMP/PMI certification preferred
• Minimum 4-6 years experience sought

Knowledge and Skills

• Extensive experience within program management environment; project and program planning processes, systems, tools used to create, manage, and track project results.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English
• Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, progress, and results at senior management levels.
• Highly capable of leading collaborative cross-org and functional teams in NPI/LCM programs
