We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Vice President, Channel Sales. The successful candidate’s mission of the Channel VP is to set the Channel/OEM Strategy for EMEA and hold Regional Directors and Country Channel Managers accountable for implementation of Channel strategy in their Regions and Countries.
Position Responsibilities include:
– Set and Implement CommVault EMEA Channel and OEM strategy either directly or through Regional Sales Directors to ensure CommVault maximises Channel revenue, EBIT and contribution targets.
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pan European partners and hold them accountable for delivery of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
– Regularly review performance of all Partners against targets either directly or with country Channel resource.
– Deliver the revenue goals established each quarter in line with the business plan for CommVault.
– Enable Channel Partners’ pipeline to ensure regular and predictable income that not only achieves target, but also out-performs against declared financial goals to provide for sustainable growth.
– Provide and achieve meaningful sales forecasts on a quarterly/annual basis from Partners’ Regions and Countries.
– Design and implement OEM Strategy for the Region, recruit, manage and develop OEM staff to ensure exceptional performance.
– Develop strong relationships with Regional Sales Directors and functional leaders to ensure harmonious working relationships and effective allocation of resource.
– Initiate, develop and promote relationships with SIs and potential OEM partners to broaden the scope of CommVault’s business activity through increased market penetration.
– Initiate and develop harmonious relations with US Corporate HQ to ensure dialogue and increase adoption of mutually advantageous sales methodology.
– In consultation with appropriate CommVault authorities, set and implement discount strategy throughout Channel and OEM Partners in EMEA.
– Market the company, ensuring that the organisation receives positive exposure to enhance the brand image in the account.
– Ensure that all Channel sales staff are properly trained, managed and rewarded to maximise performance and deliver exceptional performance.
– Ensure CommVault EMEA has an effective common Certification Program.
