Role: Technical Support Analyst (Postilion / BASE24)
Location: South Yorkshire
Our client, a global leader within the payments industry is currently seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join their growing team to be based out of their office in South Yorkshire.
Acting as a primary and secondary owner for key real time systems, you will be accountable for trouble shooting issues and managing trouble tickets, system upgrades and release control, and system and process documentation as part of implementation.
Additional responsibilities are as follows:
Business and technical analysis of major systems
Support and maintenance of Electronic Funds Transfer & Payment software and systems
Resolving technical issues and implementing supplier recommendations
Implementing recommendations to achieve PCI requirements
Desired skills and experience:
Proven background within a Technical Support role / helpdesk environment with demonstrable examples of client liaison
Payments background (Postilion / BASE24 experience is a must)
Windows operating systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
