Responsibilities

Understand the market opportunity and competitive factors to prioritize all
audiences requirements based on jobs to solve

Define and document the service offerings strategy

Be experts in identified market spaces related to solution offerings and products

Develop and manage “Right-for-Me” roadmaps

Improve customer satisfaction with the service offerings

Be a spokesperson for service, offering and strategy

Manage product lifecycle including EOL of service offering

Qualifications
10+ years’ experience

Product management or business development experience highly desired.

Demonstrated technical aptitude.

Intellectual curiosity around Enterprise Consulting, Education, Support, Managed Services and SaaS/Cloud.

Clear, crisp communicator, both in writing and verbally.

Strategic thinker, yet with a bias towards action.

Superior analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.

A problem solver who is able to make smart simplifying assumptions.

Creative entrepreneur who finds ways to overcome roadblocks and get things done.

Strong self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced software, service and support environment.

Ability to influence and build relationships with people across all levels and organizations.
Strong awareness of technology trends and their potential influence.

Enterprise and large enterprise segment experience (both direct and indirect) a plus.
