Software Development Manager
Management of software releases and development
Coordinate the software project managers and their releases on international level
Being responsible for Materialise’s software portfolio, you manage our product development teams in Belgium and beyond. You assure quality releases delivered in time and releases that answer a clear business need. It is your responsibility that this is delivered as efficient and coordinated as possible. With a clear strategy in mind, you follow up closely the different development teams and project managers.
People manager with experience in software project management
Master degree
Ideally you started your career in development, but you also have experience in managing a team in a global role and/or in software projects
Experience as people manager in software development is a strong asset, experience in quality management as well
You are a good communicator with a strong business insight, driven and ambitious
You can keep a helicopter perspective
Excellent knowledge of English
Frequent travel abroad
