Sales Director – Storage Vendor – £200K OTE – UK
A growing storage vendor are now looking to add an experienced Sales Director with a solutions sales focus to their team. This is a brilliant opportunity to establish yourself and aid the company’s growth following successful transition over from the US.
You will be responsible for driving sales including flash and storage array through the channel to resellers and SI’s, although the opportunity to sell direct to the end user on an enterprise scale will present itself.
Accountable for sales targets including services, maintenance and solutions
Effectively manage sales campaigns
P&L responsibilities, along with budgeting and forecasting
Establishing enterprise level relationships with potential customer base
To understand and deliver the core company values both internally and externally
Work closely with pre-sales, project managers and technical authorities
Drive existing sales team forward and recruit heads as part of continued growth
Identify new business sales opportunities and relate through to sales team
Recruit regional sales leaders and establish sales strategy
Alliance management, vendor management and partnership relationship development
Have a solid understanding of the IT Industry and thrive on continuous leaning
To deliver and over-achieve against targets
It is important that you have an IT background, ideally with a vendor or OEM.
Basic salary of circa £100K
Realistic OTE of 200K uncapped
