We are looking for sales specialists in Rome and Milan. They should develop opportunities, demonstrate, advise on, promote and sell ITM Sw Solutions.

High-level management of customer expectations, ability to adhere to tight deadlines is, attitude to work on result focused, enthusiasm and passion to be engaged in the role are essential to apply for this position.
In addition to a degree, successful candidates will have either a sales record in the enterprise software market or solution selling, or have spent a number of years in a customer-facing sales role.
Applicants will need to have a structured attitude to identify business opportunity working on a Account Based Model or a Territory Based Model, excellent oral and written communications skills at all levels, strong motivation and self confidence to reach targets, meet deadline requirements and possess strong negotiating skills.
Fluent English is essential. 
Education and Experience Required: University or Bachelor’s degree.
Specific experience in the information management space will be a plus.
Typically 5+ years of related sales experience.
Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota diversity of business customer, and higher level customer interface.
Uses expertise in specialty, consultative solution selling and business development skills to align the client’s business needs with solution.
Demonstrates leadership and initiative in successfully driving services sales in accounts – prospecting, negotiating and closing deals.
Strategic planning on a business development level; can build an effective business case reflecting the value of an appropriate strategy.
Uses C-level engagement skills in collaboration with account leads to offer value-add solutions to the client.
Works with the account team to build an effective account plan and strategy to drive incremental revenue in the account.
Demonstrates the ability to leverage HP’s portfolio of products and services to change the playing field against our competition.
Attitude to engage and work with other HP BUs in order to build and implement her/his own business plan.
Strong engagement to work with Alliance and/or channel to maximize account coverage.
