We are seeking for our international client a Country Sales Manager (f/m).

Our client provides security solutions for retailers.



§  Achieve sales revenue goals, new product sales goals and gross margin goals by developing key retail accounts, including large local and multinational retailers.

§  Develop and execute a high-level sales and marketing strategy to satisfy customer needs and requirements – with the objective of both expanding business with current accounts and penetrating new markets and customers.

§  Manage business development and support personnel ensuring annual, quarterly and monthly revenue objectives are achieved.

§  Personally prospect decision makers and stakeholders at key accounts in order to develop new business, i.e. loss prevention, store operations and merchandising managers.

§  Develop business relationships with decision makers across the retail loss prevention and retail store design community.

§  Collaborate with EMEA product marketing team in regards to product price, quality and design in order to deliver impactful product introductions.

§  Provide quarterly forecasts of shipments and monthly outlooks of bookings – detailing major customer orders and product levels to ensure minimal lead-times and accurate shipments.

§  Monitor and defeat competitive threats.



§  7+ years of sales management experience in growing business in Germany.

§  Exceptional hands-on selling skills and ambition to be in front of prospects and customers every day.

§  Team leadership experience attracting, motivating, and developing overachieving business development managers and support staff.

§  Business development experience inside of the retail industry is preferred, i.e. large hypermarkets, consumer electronics and mobile operators.

§  Experience developing business with one or more of the following firms is preferred: Telefonica, O2, Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom T-Mobile, KPN E-Plus, Media Markt, Saturn, HTC, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung or Apple.

§  Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.

§  Ability to travel 50-70%, inclusive of international travel.
