We are seeking an experienced Unit4/Agresso Finance Systems Administrator with a thorough understanding of financial accounting and business processes. The post-holder will be responsible for providing corporate application support to staff and system administration for our finance and purchasing applications. The post holder will also drive the continual development and quality of service provided by the Corporate Support Team.
In addition to the technical knowledge required, applicants must be able to demonstrate an ability to explain and clearly convey technical information to a diverse user base. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to plan, organise, prioritise and execute work in an effective manner. Educated to degree level or equivalent, with an aptitude to develop technical skills within Information Technology/Systems area, the post holder will have an analytical and proactive approach to problem solving.
Skills & Experience
● Knowledge of financial systems and processes.
● Experience of supporting users on Agresso Business World 5.5.3/5.6.
● Strong knowledge on workflows and timesheets
● The ability to write reports using Excelerator and adapt exisiting ARC reports.
● Ability to be proactive and undertake tasks both supervised and unsupervised
● Good SQL skills are essential.
● The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business staff.
● Excellent organisational skills to deal with the many and varied demands from users.
● Proven ability to work as part of a team to business deadlines.
