Augusto Fedriani, responsabile del Disaster Recover e della Business Continuity informatica all&#039;interno di Costa Crociere, conosce bene questa esigenza e la interpreta in modo rigoroso. Un&#039;attenzione accresciuta dai recenti attentati terroristici, che hanno indotto l&#039;azienda a sviluppare ulteriormente i piani di reazione per &ldquo;continuare il nostro Business a fronte di qualunque evento esterno&rdquo;. Anche perch&eacute;, per raggiungere un fatturato di 6 miliardi di euro all&#039;anno anno, Costa fattura mediamente un milione di euro all&#039;ora.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\">\n\tUna cifra che l&#039;azienda non pu&ograve; permettersi di perdere e che, quindi, deve essere tutelata adottando i pi&ugrave; rigorosi standard internazionali e valutando le conseguenze degli eventi pi&ugrave; disastrosi e &ldquo;imprevedibili&rdquo;, dalle alluvioni ai guasti, passando attraverso incendi, terremoti e atti terroristici.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\">\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\">\n\tNon basta fare un piano\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\">\n\tFedriani ricorda, per&ograve;, che non &egrave; sufficiente definire un piano teorico, ma occorre pianificare esercitazioni periodiche e un costante aggiornamento dei documenti. Perch&eacute; &ldquo;a fronte di un evento devo sapere quali attivit&agrave; fare e qual &egrave; il costo di un processo degradato, oltre a valutare quanto tempo l&#039;azienda pu&ograve; rimanere senza uno specifico servizio&rdquo;.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\">\n\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitmat.it\/riviera-engineering\/files\/2016\/04\/Costa-crociere.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-173\" height=\"126\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bitmat.it\/riviera-engineering\/files\/2016\/04\/Costa-crociere-300x126.jpg\" width=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bitmat.it\/riviera-engineering\/files\/2016\/04\/Costa-crociere-300x126.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.bitmat.it\/riviera-engineering\/files\/2016\/04\/Costa-crociere.jpg 669w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Una valutazione che non pu&ograve; limitarsi ai processi interni, ma deve prendere in considerazione anche i fornitori esterni, chiamati a garantire forniture come il carburante o i pezzi di ricambio delle navi. In tutto con tempi di reazione adeguati alle specifiche esigenze e, quindi, guidati da una catena di comando ben organizzata e pronta a qualunque evento. Il Business Continuity Coordinator ha cos&igrave; la possibilit&agrave; di arrivare a convocare persino i massimi dirigenti di un&#039;azienda e di attivare tutte le risorse necessarie. Basti pensare che, in caso dell&#039;inaccessibilit&agrave; della sede di Genova, Costa &egrave; in grado di spostare 120 immediatamente dipendenti a Milano, all&#039;interno di un bunker con 120 postazioni sempre disponibili. Il tutto con il coordinamento di un team di esperti, appartenenti a ogni singolo dipartimento.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\">\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\">\n\tMai pi&ugrave; senza dati\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\">\n\tIl patrimonio di un&#039;azienda sono sempre pi&ugrave; i dati e Costa &egrave; arrivata a valutare quali potrebbe perdere e il loro costo. Tutto ci&ograve; ha portato a replicato i dati su due siti geograficamente distinti e sempre attivi.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\">\n\tL&#039;infrastruttura di Costa &egrave; cos&igrave; in grado di erogare le stesse performance indipendentemente dal sito attivo, in quanto le singole applicazioni sono spostaste in modo atomico, con replica bidirezionale invertita. Accade cos&igrave;, in condizioni normali, che tutti i servizi primari sono erogati da Genova, mentre Milano &egrave; in stand by, ma pronto a ricevere gli accessi in caso di down su Genova.
