Specific Job Description:
Prepare and publish infrastructure designs, including; High level designs, Statements of Work, Detailed designs, Bills of materiel, etc. Advise Program and Project Managers in project planning

Anticipating, identifying, and resolving complex program level risks and action items.
Interacting with senior customer personnel, ensuring their requirements and needs are fully understood and adequately addressed in the system solution.
Assist Program and Project Managers in achieving assigned project objectives and be responsibility for technical, cost and schedule estimation.
Participate in technical and program reviews at varying levels with LMA and LM management, customers and subcontractors.
Develop and revise infrastructure management, system software and hardware technical documentation.
Make decisions on the assessment of tools and products to support ICT across an ITSM framework.
Take a lead role in the pursuit of new business, by identifying new opportunities and participating in, or leading, tender responses.
Lead mandated System reviews as required.
Take a leadership role in the Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:
Must have the following listed capabilities, attributes or equivalents:
Formal qualifications in information, communications or technology from a recognised tertiary institution or extensive demonstrated equivalent skills and experience
Extensive experience with virtualisation technology, VMWare experience highly regarded.
