Tasks:
1) the HID business in the development and sustainable improvement of products that continuously meet customer expectations. Develop strategies and translate these into realistic projects utilizing QA, R&D and Manufacturing resources. Develop and maintain proactive communication with all applicable territories/regions regarding meeting quality standards, anticipating future requirements and interpreting customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
2) Champion the philosophies of applying ‘state of the art’ quality to all levels of operations, promoting ownership and correct attitude to achieve a ‘right first time’ performance. Participate in developing global quality standards to meet both regional and international requirements alongside both local and corporate Marketing and Product Development.
3) Drive a systematic approach to quality improvement efforts including data driven root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Develop validation, systems and documentation improvements, together with ensuring the maintenance and implementation of such improvements.

Minimum Qualifications (must have)
Degree in a scientific discipline.

10+ years quality experience, 5+ years managerial.

Extensive knowledge of the key contributors within external organizations relating to quality/validation systems, training etc. Innovative and challenging attitude towards quality requirements. Very proactive in spotting opportunities to leverage quality as an added value to the company products. Proven track record in applying theory to practice in a cost and time effective manner. In depth knowledge of quality management systems and their operation. Demonstration of superior communication and motivation skills.
Extensive experience in a QA environment including structured problem solving techniques. Previous experience in a pioneering/conceptual role for developing quality philosophies. Proven project management experience. Good commercial awareness and a basic understanding of company operations.
