The HR Director’s mission will include:
– Develop a strong partnership with the management teams, understand their people needs and propose innovative HR solutions aligned with the global HR strategies
– Partner with Corporate HR teams (C&B, OD,…) to provide local business perspective as corporate programs and initiatives are developed and rolled out
– Perform functions related to M&A such as: due diligence, job/title mapping, on boarding and integration of employees
– Contribute actively to management and employee development by implementing and delivering innovative training and development programs
– Establish credibility throughout the organization with management and the employees in order to proactively solve people issues
– Provide expert human resource consultative services at all organizational levels to maintain open communications between staff and employees and advise on employee relations matters
– Support the management team in performance management
– Lead the works council meetings and the Health & Safety committee
– Supervise payroll
– Implement HR best practices and processes and ensure legal compliance with the support of our legal department
– Keep our HR team highly motivated and engaged and continue to grow their expertise to guarantee a high level of performance
Her/his profile:
– Experience: 10 to 15 years of general HR leadership experience in a multinational company, in the high tech area would be a plus
– Preferably experience of managing works council in France
– Strong interest for OD and training activities
– Effective leadership skills and communication skills
– High level of energy proactivity and creativity
– To be a strong business partner
– Master’s degree or above
– French and English level fluent
