Applications Sales Representative III-14000FON
Preferred Qualifications

To grow Share of Oracle in the Mid Enterprise Market.
To win Application business, either directly or through partners.
To Manage a Territory from Demand generation to Deal Closure.

SCOPE:

Reports to Sales Manager
Has no direct reports, but :
– Drives the sales cycle and the virtual team (Marketing, Presales, Consulting)
– Leads & Support the Sales activities of Partner Sales in his territory
Works on a defined Territory, either in Direct and Through Partners
Works to identify all organizations (including existing Oracle customers) that fall into their designated industry space
Able to leverage other Lines of Business (LOBs) to maximize revenue
From Territory Strategy, Demand Generation, Sales Process, Closing deals and books revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieves Sales Target
Drives full Sales Cycle in assigned territory
Identifies and works with the appropriate people in Oracle and the Customer
Develops a strategy within the assigned territory
Demand Generation Planning (in Direct & with Partner)
Qualifies leads and manages the flow of business to achieve the target
Generates and follows up on leads
Qualifies leads and prioritizes opportunities
Follows and closes Business

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

· Must have Applications Sales background within Application Sales or HCM/HR Sales

· Must have knowledge in complex environment with multiple contacts (internal & external)

Fluent in English
