Our client is a niche global software vendor for Enterprise Feedback Management solutions. They are highly respected within their market place and as such are recognised by leading industry analysts.
Role:
Due to phenomenal growth and exciting plans ahead, our client is looking to add a Technical Consultant to their team to become an expert across their suite. Utilising both technical and client facing skills, the Technical Consultant will be responsible for gathering feedback, survey design, and front and back end web development to customise, extend and enhance their software suite.
Due to the technical responsibilities of this requirement, this position would suit someone from a web development background with previous client interaction, who is looking to build upon this in an exciting and diverse role.
The position will be a hands on role and will see you working with customers across the implementation life cycle from requirements gathering through to delivery. You will be working across multiple projects at once and can expect to be involved in all aspects of the project, answering queries about the software and deployment process and manipulating data for import whilst also managing customer expectations on delivery.
Essential Requirements:
Excellent understanding of PHP
Excellent understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Understanding of database technologies to include MySQL
Business acumen to understand customer requirements
Desirable:
Practical experience with Zend framework
Knowledge of C#
Practical experience working within a software environment
