Key Responsibilities
Lead effective/efficient operations, maintaining stakeholder communication cadence, executing against a defined strategy, and exhibiting portfolio-wide business acumen
Drive workforce/demand planning, optimizing team to deliver against immediate and future hiring demand while working within allocated budget and headcount
Influence leaders through a combination of deep business acumen, labor market expertise, and perspective on talent management strategy
Maintain health of immediate/broader team, attracting, retaining, and developing talent
Requirements
BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related degree and/or equivalent work experience
10+ years of related business experience, such as Human Resources, Sales, Finance, or Consulting
5+ years of direct people management/leadership
Knowledge of applicable legal/compliance regulations (labor, compliance, immigration, etc.)
