Responsibilities:
You will lead from the front with your super sales ability and negotiation tactics to secure revenues
Relationship building is an essential part of your job. You will need to ensure that relationships with clients are being grown and strengthened and they should see you as a highly professional individual that they can turn to for advice in your sector
This role requires face-to-face contact to raise the profile of People Management and you should be aiming for a minimum of 10 meetings per month
Effective planning and time management will be key to your success. It is essential that you prioritise your accounts to ensure that you are effectively managing existing business while allowing adequate time to generate and build new business
As a senior team member you should to be seen to be coming up with new initiatives to grow revenue and develop your brand. This should be based on knowledge of the sector & your competitors as well as client feedback.
