– Work primarily on contract matters in the EMEA and APAC regions
– Assist the handling of high-profile and multinational contract initiatives
such as the harmonization of existing templates and the introduction of new contract schemes
– Expertise in international travel law welcome but not mandatory
– Handle matters involving compliance, privacy, regulatory and employment
– Assist the introduction of systems, processes, and tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency including document management
– Work closely with the businesses to ensure early involvement
– Perform training to increase sensitivity for corporate and commercial risks
– Work seamlessly with Tax, Finance, Accounting, and HR
– Communicate and collaborate efficiently with the regional legal teams
– Work with local outside counsel efficiently when needed
Profilo ricercato
– 5 to 10 years of practicing law, ideally in private practice as well as in-house
– Extensive experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements
– Exposed to the general principles of corporate law in several jurisdictions
– Familiar with working in a multinational corporate environment
– Excellent academic background
