The successful candidate will drive client acquisition, revenues, business development, account management, and client relationships along with evolving management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Identify scope and cultivate new business opportunities of software solutions to new and existing clients. Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and be responsible for an annual sales quota / revenue stream.
Understand customers’ specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs
Develop and deliver customer presentations and coordinate software demonstrations.
Coordinate responses to proposal requests from prospective customers, ensuring thorough, accurate and professional responses.
Foster strong relationships with companies at various levels to aid and enhance service delivery.
Provide consultative inputs to clients to drive business improvements.
Negotiate service delivery terms, service levels, and pricing to close contracts.

Requirements:

Strong background software sales experience either meeting or exceeding quota.
Your native Italian, French or Spanish as well as English.
Domain knowledge and proven track record of selling software solutions and/or services in the Field Service Management and/or to the Enterprise Software market
A proven track record in a role that involves significant European travel
Experienced in sales administration and global processes

For the right candidate a basic salary of between €75,000 – €80,000 is on offer plus an uncapped 30% commission, car allowance, pension, private healthcare, Life assurance and 26 days + stats holiday.
