Are you an experienced affiliate sales manager looking for a challanging new opportunity in a fast growing market space?

This performance advertising network specialises in the monetization of free to play mobile and browser games. Their core business is the strengthening and expansion of sales, optimizing performance campaigns related to games and the monetization of relevant game traffic. In addition, they can handle all media planning and optimization of SEM campaigns.

With an online presence in more than 20 countries located around the world in a variety of languages with aggressive plans to continues to expand their business. To support their continued and compound growth annual growth and global expansion, they are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on, results orientated Sales Director who can take the company to the next level. As it stands they are on course to be the #1 performance network or games!

Task shall include;

Expansion, optimization and manage of the interview sales team consisting of 9 sales managers.

Control and management of sales and profit development of the company

Continuous development and improvement of measures

Representing the company at selected conference and industry events

We are keen to hear from individuals with who possess the following attributes;

A proven track record of identifying and closing sales opportunities that directly impact the company’s bottom line

In-depth knowledge and experience of affiliate networks

Several years of experience of leading a team in an international environment

World class communication skills including fluency in English and German
