Our client is a long-standing and fast-growing market leader that provides
innovative products and solutions mainly using outbound telesales, account and Key Account sales (B2B). With more than 700 employees across 14 countries and with Headquarters in Sweden, the company is the market leader in their business, and they are planning to expand their market position even further. As part of this plan, our client is searching for a:

SALES DIRECTOR
OUTBOUND TELESALES & ACCOUNT SALES (Alicante)

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for the profits and losses of
the Spanish office, and you will lead a team of +50 employees. You focus is on
winning new clients (B2B) with you at the center of all operations.

Your responsibilities:

Implementation and operation of proven products, Processes and performance-management tools.

Strengthen the organization by recruiting committed people.

Optimizing the operation by continuously instructing, training and coaching, based on clear KPIs.

Coach and empower the Leaders and Managers so that they get the best out of their teams.

Define future success. You will report directly to the Managing Director in Stockholm.

We are looking for an experienced and sales-driven director with a proven record of top results in recruitment, instruction, training and coaching. The stated KPIs are for you a minimum – you always want to achieve more.

Your profile:

Experience in leading a team of professional outbound telesales specialists and account managers.

Experience in holding performance meetings both with local leaders as well as with Managing Directors of medium to large organizations.

Preferably a BA or a MA degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Administration or similar.
A high level of verbal and written Spanish and English.
Travel availability (nationally and internationally 30-40 days per year).
