ROLE PROFILE

· The Sales Consultant will participate in all parts of the strategic, consultative sales process including opportunities, customers and/or business partner organizations.
· Primary responsibility is to manage the sales activity and support the regional SVP Business Development by presenting the products and services provided by the company through product demonstrations, simulations, presentations, pro-active proposal & support to RFP responses.
· You will be the specialist understanding the performances offered by the main competitors on the EMEA market. You will ensure at all parts of the process you counter-present/demo the company’s products to ensure the main benefits are well emphasized and understood by the potential customer
· You will be a product specialist to the sales team and to the potential clients
· You will be a specialist in procurement and management for the markets you act in.
· You will develop customer specific demonstrations to ensure the demo is focusing on the needs of the customer with the help of the technical department

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Excellent knowledge of technology
· SaaS skills are preferred
· Lead demonstrations for prospective buyers and help as the product specialist during the whole sales process
· Working with International Product Management to exchange information
· Support key accounts or opportunities as strategic to development of standard solution
· Maintain standard and customized demo & simulation scripts to support the sales process
· Support demos and simulations through Live Person chat
· Preparing presentations and responses for potential clients and acting as the main contact point to the company’s corporate sales supports
· On hoc: Provide support to the sales team

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

· 3+ years as a consultant in a HR or recruitment environment with a focus on technology
· Bachelor’s degree / consulting or equivalent experience
· Strong analytical and logical skills
· Consultative communication skills in English, and preferably fluency in either German, Dutch or French
· Business focus
· Ability to talk about real value to customers instead of feature talk
· Able to work under pressure
· Able to observe deadlines
· Travel in Europe is required
