|Summary: Supports the UK/BeNeLux Sales Team , clients and prospects with Technical Pre-Sales for SafeNet Software Monitization products and services.|
|Qualification Requirements: Education: Educated to degree level with a relevant qualification in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field. An equivalent combination of education & experience is acceptable. Experience: Must have Experience with many or all of the following technologies: Operating systems: Windows/Linux/Unix/MacOS Web technologies: WSDL, SOAP(HTML/XML), RESTful webservices Workflow and architecture of back office systems (like ERP and CRM from SAP, Oracle, SFDC) Database administration: SQL/ODBC/Oracle Experience of making presentations to prospective customers Commercial awareness as handling pricing/proposals etc. Nice to have Advanced programming skills (e.g. C/C++, Java, .NET) Experience with cryptographic technologies: AES/ECC/RSA Understanding of internet protocols TCP IP Networking knowledge and protocols Understanding of software security, current hacking techniques and application vulnerability Skills: A creative thinker able to respond to commercial technical considerations at all levels Demonstrable initiative to contribute new ideas, tools and approaches to promote sales in the region Ability to be independent and self-motivating, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel Customer and service oriented Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills. Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships. Ability to present to wide and varied audiences, ranging from technical engineers to commercial stake holders. Fluent in English|
|Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Focus: Be an expert on back-office order flows, processes, systems and interfaces – while having a “standard” knowledge about the client/security-related aspects of SafeNet’s products Typical Pre Sales tasks: • Accompany Sales Consultants on prospective customer visits • Assist Sales Consultants in technically identifying and qualifying opportunities • Create responses to RFI documents for prospective clients • Provide pre-sales technical support for the SM product portfolio • Create and deliver technically correct sales presentations to clients and prospects • Prepare, support and present on Roadshows, Trade Fairs, Webinars and Workshops • Work closely with Sales and Technical support staff on customer relationships Advanced Pre Sales tasks: • Technical account management (primary customer contact during customised licensing projects) • Provide assistance, consultation and code samples • Install and configure SafeNet software locally at customer site(s) • Deliver Licensing workshops and ability to create licensing solution design documentation • Create and present technical proof of concepts • Provide Back Office integration services (e.g. plug-ins and services to CRM, ERP and database systems) • Offer security best practices and vulnerability analysis for software developers • Work closely with Professional Service, Product Management and R&D|
