The Inside Sales coach will take care of our Inside Sales Team, will train and coach them and will make sure that the group can perform at the highest possible level. As an Inside Sales Coach you will work in a really international team with many languages and cultures. You will be responsible for bringing in best practice methodologies, you will drive forward changes and new programs but also new tools and processes. With your background in Sales
and / or Operational Sales you can bring in your whole experience and knowledge to the team and bring value to both, company and the Inside Sales Team.

This position reports into the Senior Sales Operations Manager in US The person will be based in our Barcelona or Munich office.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Drive new hire onboarding training, drive ongoing individual and group coaching and training
Shadow inside sales reps to identify shortfalls in performance and opportunities for improvement
Work with Sales Management to develop and deliver training content and 1:1 sessions to improve sales performance and with an emphasis on cold calling and transactional sales
Communicate and train on adherence to best practice around process, policy and systems
Provide impromptu coaching and operational support on day to day issues as they arise
Suggest scripting, call flow, tools and system improvements based on observations
Participate in the creation of new work flows and roll out of new sales process
Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum “stickiness” of training efforts
Deliver a clear understanding of how users can leverage Salesforce.com and customer data
Maintain close interaction with our internal Sales Help, Learning, and Customer Service organizations in relation to system onboarding, daily transactional questions and ADSK overall sales policies and programs
Develop training strategies based on metrics and reporting showing effectiveness of training, operational effectiveness and sales manager coaching
Essential Job Functions

Expected Skills and Experience

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A strong in-depth knowledge of Sales cycles and Sales strategies
Results-driven with strong analytical skills and commitment to driving sale effectiveness
Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce.com
Excellent and proven presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to be persuasive, compelling, concise and articulate
Well versed in basic tenets of sales – analysis, questioning, objection handling, and closing techniques
Exhibit sound oral expression and comprehension, negotiation, listening, and reasoning skills
