Location: Roma

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute the marketing strategy for growing the search marketing business globally
Manage an annual marketing budget significantly over €10m
Deliver a data driven, quantitative approach to search marketing, coaching the team of direct reports to build and improve the search campaigns
Manage financial forecasting and performance, contributing a substantial proportion of business targets
Partner with senior stakeholders across product, supply and broader marketing to deliver customer experience enhancements that benefit the search marketing channel

Manage the relationship with external partners such as Google to advance the sophistication of our search marketing programme and trial new product features and approaches

Direct reports

Management of a team of 5+ search marketing specialists


MBA preferred
Minimum 5-8 years in consulting or marketing positions

Excellent SEM background

Proven record of business analysis driven and fact based decision making
Team management experience
Management consultant level written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in English
Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects /responsibilities
