A successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, experience growing and managing teams, and a passion for using data to drive decisions.

Position Summary:
· Responsible for programs to activate and retain existing subscribers, including customers from other Amazon businesses
· Manage the Email channel, constantly looking for ways to improve both email performance and the customer experience
· Provide product direction when developing outbound communication and targeting tools
· Conceive and drive implementation of concepts that enhance the customer value proposition and reinforce loyalty.
· Constantly monitor key metrics that impact customer performance and seek to improve them
· Own and continuously update model for quantifying subscriber lifetime value. Use data to drive investment decisions
· Work with and influence internal teams (finance, product, design, sales) and external partners to deliver results.
· Prepare executive level communications to share vision, justify investment and showcase business performance.

Basic Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience managing teams
· 7+ years of experience in customer marketing
· Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience managing large customer activation or retention programs
· MBA or advanced degree in business, economics, or statistics
