The Position

Drive new business through a structured and innovative consultative selling.
Build high-level trusted advisor status, but with a strong ability to execute
Ensure the growing of the company’s business in the Region North Germany and Scandinavia
Regular observation and analysis of the relevant markets / identification of opportunities
Ensure over-achievement of annual revenue and profitability targets in line with the company strategy

The Job Requirement

University degree
5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or experience in sales of information technology market (software, hardware, solution consultancy, services)
New Business development with clients is your passion and you have a record of proven success?
Ability to develop strategic account plans, to understand major account selling processes and to close contracts
Good entrepreneurial flair and strong client relationship skills
Superior leadership, decision-making skills as well as conflict management abilities
High level of confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Preferable knowledge of the 3D Visualization business (software and services)
