StubHub is the world’s largest ticket marketplace, enabling fans to buy and sell tickets to tens of thousands of sports, concert, theatre and other live entertainment events.

We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our team in London. This role is pivotal to StubHub’s successful International growth. We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Product owner to help build the best mobile-first (responsive), end-to-end experience for fans of live events. This is an exciting role role in which you will help define the best ways to discover events and identify innovative opportunities to help enrich the overall experience for our customers. Initially you will focus on driving the growth of the UK & Canadian businesses, but there will be opportunities to extend to other new markets as we continue to expand. The role will work closely with both local teams (London) and distributed teams (San Francisco, Toronto, Berlin, Luxembourg and Shanghai) on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with UK & Canadian business units to define the product strategy, business and performance metrics, product priority (based on data) and roadmap
Manage the maintenance, upgrades of current UK & Canada products and sites, as well as assisting with rolling out new countries according to the StubHub International expansion
Rigorously analyze data to determine opportunity areas and to provide success measurements on all initiatives
Own the mobile experiences (mobile web, iPad, iPhone, Android, etc) for UK & Canadian markets, working closely with the US Mobile Product & Development teams
Creatively drive partner opportunities through suite of external APIs
Partner with the International business units and our analytical teams to document the Business Requirements (BRD), be fully responsible for product proposal documentation (PPD) and translate business requirements into user stories to be utilized in the Stubhub Agile SDLC process
Work closely with Business, UX, PMO, Development and QA on the product definition, requirements, usability and user experience for international local sites and apps
Conduct regular product demos with key stakeholders
Work closely with Head of Product – International eCommerce on new product ideas, project prioritization and contributing to the global product strategy
Work with other StubHub product management teams to oversee and support projects as a subject matter expert for International and to optimize/maximize throughput
Perform qualitative and quantitative research of competitors and new markets
Support Marketing, Customer Services and Business Operations in both the UK and Canada

Job Requirements

7+ years’ Product Management experience at a Consumer Internet or software company, or other relevant experience.
2+ years’ of Mobile Product Management experience (mweb, native apps), ideally in an International capacity
Knowledge of software development processes (SDLC, RUP, AGILE)
Proven track record of developing and managing successful products
Must be effective at decision making, navigating ambiguity and brokering tradeoffs
Solid understanding of Internet technologies and the operations of a commercial Web site including analytical skills in researching product success/failure metrics.
In-depth knowledge of eCommerce
In-depth knowledge of Internet technologies and protocols.
In-depth knowledge of online B2B, B2C and C2C marketplace dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self directed and able to progress independently with little guidance.
Ability to build relationships interfacing at all levels and possessing a team oriented attitude.
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
Project management experience at a consumer Internet or software company, or other relevant experience is a plus
Knowledge about the entertainment, concert, sports or ticketing industry in general is a plus.
Fluency in German, Spanish, French or other European languages a bonus

Education Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
