Partners with functional/site leadership to enable organizational alignment toward critical business objectives. Collaboratively consults with HR and functional leadership groups to support strategic business needs while improving the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes, programs and infra-structure. Major responsibilities of the position are to lead efforts to serve the business objectives of the function/sites including organization assessment & design, employee/leadership Development, and the implementation of Tintri Business Process. Provide direction and consultation to change management strategies. Job Responsibilities
Develop an HR Programs framework that provides a key service to our HR team; create tools and learning and development materials to support stakeholders with project management; manage the HR Programs calendar and release scheduling activities
Partner closely with stakeholders and leaders to manage and drive critical HR programs and initiatives
Own HR communications to drive change adoption efforts
Work with HR Technology partners on systems integrations and improvements
Ensure continuous improvement of processes by evaluating results against success measures
Provide insight and make recommendations regarding HR trends identified in the market in support of each of the programs being managed.
Participate in the development of the annual departmental operating plan and budget.
Knowledge, experience, skill, and/or ability
Experience managing program and project teams for complex programs that may include multiple projects and a high level of complexity.
Strong communication skills, collaborative style, and professional demeanor with the ability to interface and interact with all levels of the organization.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment.
Excellent planning, organization and prioritization skills. Strong attention to details.
