POSITION TITLE: VP, Marketing
REPORTING TO: CEO
OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pivotal role that will build the digital customer acquisition engine to drive exponential growth
P&L and reporting responsibilities for ADARs marketing
Develop marketing plan and oversee its deployment
Be a customer advocate to help refine and evolve ADARs offering to stay relevant in the market
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience building the customer acquisition engine in a growing company
Experience marketing and selling a B2B recurring service with an average MRR of $1k-$10k
Understanding of technology and specifically IT services
Understanding of SMB IT challenges
Experience with marketing automation and effective lead generation
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
MBA is a plus
