Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Develop and roll out new cloud platform for SMB business unit to deliver IT & security products & services
Gather market & product requirements and produce effective marketing & product requirement documents based on quantitative and qualitative customer behavior, feedback and other market trends.
Provide necessary support to go-to-market teams in product launches as well as conduct internal & external product webinars
Discover & develop product opportunities for AVG SMB products to be sold to Reseller & MSP channels that are valuable and profitable.
Facilitate and coordinate idea generation and input from various stakeholders, team members in SMB business unit. Collaborate closely with other product line managers in SMB business unit to gather feedback & product requirements.
Develop deep customer insights and a business knowledge that thoroughly understands MSP markets as well SMB customer needs. Continuously deepen that knowledge to formulate new, valuable product opportunities driven by business cases.
Driving Competitive analysis
Collaborate with technical product management in the development and documentation of detailed functional requirements of the product.
Work with various teams like global sales, marketing, customer support, program management to develop a successful sales enablement & launch plan.
Track and monitor overall product performance in addition to ensuring measurement on specific project initiatives including ongoing revenues and ROI.
Monitor partner forums and social media outlets
Liaison with AVG SMB partner advisory council for product feedback
Research & manage relationship between AVG and technology partners to deliver integrated services

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 8+ years’ experience of Product Management in the technology sector
Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing or other relevant discipline
Strong collaboration & negotiations skills
Has worked in companies selling products/services through reseller & MSP channels
Very strong written and oral communication skills (English)
Strong analytical skills, with emphasis on driving decisions based on data & analytics
Able to act under own initiative and work with minimal supervision
Experience in Cloud, remote monitoring & management (RMM) & IT security domain

Need-to-have areas:

Experience working in companies delivering cloud applications with SaaS delivery model
Experience in developing brand new cloud based software products/platofrm
Managing technology integration partnerships with vendors
