Your Role
Oversee all Quality Assurance and Testing efforts of the firm.
Be a recognized industry leader in mobile QA and testing; a rapidly evolving field.
Represent WillowTree’s Mobile QA vision to potential clients and at industry conferences.
Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and operations to create high-quality test solutions, ensure complete test coverage, and optimize workflows.
Vet and implement industry-leading tools and practices.
Enhance productivity through balancing automated and manual testing.
Our Requirements
At least five years of consumer-facing software testing experience, including management of software testing teams.
Aspiration to be a recognized leader and help define the emerging mobile software testing industry.
History of vetting and choosing software testing tools, as well as managing manual testing teams.
Ideally, mobile testing experience on multiple platforms (Android, iOS, and Web) and devices.
Experience with project management/collaboration tools.
Demonstrated experience in working in small collaborative teams to solve challenging technical problems related to scale, performance and capacity.
