Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for conducting research & analysis and providing solutions for the fulfillment & support processes across the Digital Operations organization.
Create support structures and processes to monitor performance, analyze results, track trends and proactively implement strategies to ensure overall attainment of objectives.
Track performance progress and recommend/implement new strategies as needed.
Perform functional gap and root case analysis on identified goal and process deviations.
Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organization.
Responsible for aggregating results and building metric scorecards for products and processes.
Utilize mathematical and statistical tools to analyze, interpret, and develop insights to predict and optimize efficiency.
Monitor, analyze and develop innovative ideas to achieve organizational objectives.
Work with product teams and IT to support decision making by sharing relevant insights, analysis, and tests process improvements.
Monitor key business projects, associated capacity, and performance drivers in order to anticipate and plan for future product releases or process change.
Act as a strategic partner across business units to support and evaluate organizational opportunities and challenges.
Communicate quantitative & qualitative findings to executive leadership.
Performs other analytical, reporting and optimization projects or duties as needed.

Qualifications:

BS/BA or equivalent experience in business analytics, operations, finance, statistics or related field.
SEM (Search Engine Marketing) background preferred
Ability to tell a story with data, and present it in a relevant, fact based, easy to understand method.
At least 3-5 years of experience is preferred.
Advanced Excel, SQL and Business Objects experience required.

Skills in analytical forecasting, research, planning, budget development/results reporting and business writing are essential.
Salesforce.com knowledge a plus.
Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.
Ability to learn leading methods, process models and associated tools & techniques.
Understanding of reporting systems, modeling and digital marketing business.
Understanding of billing systems and YP processes a plus.
Excellent financial & analytical skills and very detail orientated.

Proficient in PowerPoint & Visio

Education:

BS/BA or equivalent experience in business or related field.
