Description Job Duties

Work with customers and prospects to understand and analyze their business and make recommendations to enhance the business which may include best practices or customized/new solutions.

Define resource requirements, project workflow, and budgets.

Partner with sales to present proposed solutions to clients.

Partner with sales and finance to complete contracting process, defining objectives and determining pricing.

Often requires calculation of complex ROIs for clients.

Manage day-to-day client relationships at senior levels, and perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues.

Responsible for presenting and explaining models, communicating industry best practices, evaluating risk cost versus reward tradeoffs based on client-specific data.

Requires a high degree of complexity and understanding of the mortgage and lending industry.

Influence and persuade management professionals at varying levels of authority and experience re: complex concepts and initiatives involving significant investment of resources.

Provide leadership to Advisory Services team members within an engagement.

Gather information, make recommendations, develop strategies, and execute plans to meet the needs of the client.

Lead meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Conduct research in regards to industry trends and adapt/develop existing solutions and new solutions in response to those trends.

Partner with sales and other client-facing groups to develop, price and present solutions to clients and prospects for both feedback and implementation.

Represent CoreLogic as industry experts at conferences, events and client meetings.

Posting Job Requirements Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, MBA preferred

Twelve years of experience working for a major Bank, Lender, Servicer or Consulting Firm.

In-depth understanding of the mortgage, lending, and/or servicing industries for residential and/or commercial real estate. Ability to define strategy, develops requirements, design, test, train, and define support procedures and implementation. Experience building and delivering highly effective and complex reports in Excel and/or Access and PowerPoint presentations to senior level managers and executives.

Networking, negotiation and persuasion skills

Expertise working with large data sets in Excel and Microsoft Access

Expertise in working with and assisting in the build of predictive models

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various levels of management within our customer base.

Proficient with process design, re-design, project management methodologies and business requirements gathering techniques.
