Job Description Disney Media Distribution (DMD) is a dynamic division of TWDC responsible for the sales and distribution of all digital content from TWDC (Movies, TV, Apps, Music, eBooks, Games).

The Account Management Director is responsible for driving and growing a multi-million dollar transactional business generated by the sales of all digital content produced by TWDC. The role includes 5 key areas:

Manage the TWDC EMEA EHV business.
Manage digital store clients (iTunes, Google Play, SONY, XBOX, and Amazon) to drive revenue through
Pitching in and seamless execution of promotions/ merchandising through to post- promotion analysis
Partnership development through the implementation of DMD strategic initiatives with digital store clients

Provide thought leadership and guidance to the local account managers in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Emerging Markets; this extends to international regions where required
Key stakeholder management to various Disney groups (both US based and EMEA based) including Retail teams, Disney Publishing teams, Disney Interactive teams, Music teams, and the Disney US digital sales team counterparts.
Work closely with commercial strategy on key strategic initiatives to grow the transactional business with focus on EHV (Movies and TV) and apps; Work closely with the commercial team to input on specific topics regarding contractual negotiations with EHV partners including pricing

Responsibilities

Manage the EMEA TWDC EHV business

Identify key areas of improvement/change to drive the growth of the EHV business such as new distribution channels, changes to the EHV product, windows, pricing and SEO; work with the relevant teams to make these changes possible

Pricing – provide thought leadership on the application of pricing tiers for new releases and back catalogue (timings, % discount, duration of discount, EHV to TVOD ratio) to drive EHV revenue

EHV Materials costs budget–set the annual budget and manage it

Create pan-EMEA promotional concept to drive back cat revenue

Set the 52-week EHV Ultimates by title and territory
