Position:

Responsible for developing strategies and orchestrating company resources to maximize sales volume and profit goals with assigned channel partners in the respective geographie.

Responsibilities:

Interact with accounts and makes presentations at the executive and system administration level
Account penetration and balance product sales growth
Work independently, while selling and collaborating in a team environment
Interface with all levels of management, negotiating and influencing to build consensus
Present programs internally and externally
Work is focused on operational plans in support of strategic goals
Partner Solution Manager role focused on selling BE solution products and services in an assigned opportunity within assigned territory
Develop emerging product sales plan including sales forecasts and penetration goals
Evangelize new products to partners to capture mind share
Create MDF and co-marketing opportunities (seminars, webinars, trade shows, etc.) to drive sales
Ensure all partners are trained on all emerging products and services, including both sales and technical training
Work with SE to assess and deliver technical solution and support
Assigned to opportunities and territories, not specific accounts

Required skills/experience:

Demonstrated channel sales account management experience in selling Backup solutions
Expert in Backup solutions for SMB and Commercial Market Partners
Enablement of Partners and Account Managers
Ability to liaise with partners at all levels with demonstrated experience selling to the executive level customer in the high-tech industry
Excellent time management skills
Ability to take account ownership
Good analytical capabilities
Strong achievement against quota
Proven ability to cultivate lasting customer relations

Qualifications:

Excellent time management
University degree or equivalent business qualification preferred
Backup solutions experience
Channel Sales Experience is a necessity
Strong achievement against quota

Proven track record of BE sales experience in hi tech industry (preferably software) developing strategic customer relationships
Self-starter with ability to apply initiative
Fluency in English is required
Excellent presentation and communication skills
