Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Manager, Soarian EDM implementation Services
Location: Remote
Overview of Job Function:
This position leads a solution delivery team involved in the Soarian EDM implementations (Soarian Enterprise Document Management) across the healthcare enterprise. The team has implementation consultants who also handle value-add services and custom projects for our healthcare clients.
The Sr. Manager is responsible for effective implementations, interacts with various internal and external stakeholders for successful delivery of implementation projects. The Sr. Manager will regularly interact with clients to help build long-term relationships, identify new opportunities that can benefit both Siemens and its clients.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
• Lead the Soarian EDM implementation team, drive improvements in the implementation processes, and assign resources based on project need;
• Train EDM consultants in Soarian EDM products and implementation tools such as the Soarian Implementation Methodology
• Continuously monitor project status across the client base to prevent project overruns;
• Continuously improve quality of implementation deliveries to improve client satisfaction
• Drive root cause analysis to prevent future implementation issues;
• Improve profit margins, and reduce concessions by closely work with account and project teams;
• Drive service sales in existing client base;
• Mentor and coach team members for high performance;
• Provide open, honest communication and encourage open communication across the team;
• Closely manage resource utilization of the solution delivery team;
• Conduct performance reviews of team members, and manage performance;
• Recruit, retain, and reward team members;
• Conduct regular staff meetings, complete administrative activities (timesheets, expense report approvals, system access approvals etc.) in a timely manner;
Minimum Requirements:
• 10+ years of professional services or consulting experience with a proven record in delivery, and implementation projects;
• 3-5 years previous management experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience implementing and maintaining Soarian EDM in both the revenue cycle and HIM settings
• Excellent track record in building high performance teams that exceed financial, utilization, and project based targets;
• Exceptional presentation and proposal writing skills;
• Outstanding ability to build long term strategic relationships with clients to yield successful outcomes for both Siemens and its clients;
• Strong financial acumen with a record of achieving financial targets;
• Experience working with global teams;
• Must be able to travel to client locations
