They have won several industry awards and their software suite manages in real time enterprise functions like Customer Service, Help Desk, Collections, Telesales, Surveys, etc. It is unique in accelerating the creation of services and campaigns, thanks to the unified design studio, routing, dialer, voice portal, desktop front-end, monitoring and analytics.

THE CHALLENGE

To reinforce the Services team covering mainly UK but also supporting projects and customers in the Northern Europe region, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Presales Consultant to participate on:

1. The implementation of projects for customers, performing Software Projects tasks:

· Install and configure the company suite of products;

· Implement and develop software modules or programs within the defined scope, quality and time;

· Identify and solve technical problems during the implementation of a project;

· Interact with the customer’s technical staff;

· Participate on requirements gathering sessions and on the definition of project scope and design of solutions;

· Provide on-site training to customers regarding projects or usage of products.

2. The support in the generation of business opportunities:

· Actively represent, solely or as part of a larger team, the Company, generating new business opportunities.

· Provide guidance and technical expertise to sales teams and key business partners

· Challenge yourself to create and deliver innovative product demonstrations for prospects, customers, and partners both on-site and remotely

· Provide technical leadership and oversight during trials, Proof of Concept (PoCs), complex demos, etc.

· Contributing to field knowledge and feedback to direct future product requirements and enhancements as technologies are constantly updated

· Provide excellent technical specifications and requirements with documentation as necessary to support the proposed solution

· Own Pre-Sales technical account management and relationships at prospective customers

· Contribute to and refine Technical RFP/RFI responses

· Actively research and discuss competitive information in the marketplace with the sales team and prospects

TO BE SUCCESFUL YOU NEED TO HAVE

• At least 4-6 years of experience participating on the delivery of IT projects to external customers covering the full project life cycle i.e. installation, configuration, development and integration of the solution in the customer’s environment;
• Experience in understanding business needs and requirements and conceiving a conceptual functional and technical solution;
• Native in English.
• Good knowledge of Web tools and technologies as well as Client/servers architecture;
• Experience with .NET C#, ASP .net, JAVA as well as SQL Language; web programming: .NET, JAVA script, VB script, HTML, XML, Web Services;
• Excellent understanding of Relational databases and Database oriented applications and Database systems: Oracle, MS-SQL Server and Informix.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS CONSIDERED AS A PLUS

· Customer oriented;

· Availability to travel more than 40% of the time.

· Previous Experience in some consultancy firm.

· Specific skills in networking and low-level infrastructure design and setup;

· French and German will be valuable.

· Understanding and experience in the Contact Center area in general and CTI technology in particular.
