I am looking for a Senior Business Analyst with the ambition to be a part of growing company and facilitate their growth in a leadership role that will shape the future of the business.

The Role
This Business Analyst role will involve being directly responsible for building the BA department in the long term, giving you the autonomy of building your team the way you want.
This will also be a hands on BA role in which you will be leading a team of business and System Analysis to elicit, analyze, document, model and validate detailed business and user requirements ensuring they are complete and unambiguous. It will also be a senior client facing role in which you will be working with senior stakeholders in client organisations to help them align their strategy and business goals with the potential of Connected Health solutions amongst other activiteis within the business space.
You
At least 10 years experience in a similar customer/client facing role
Strong BA skills
Ability to lead a team
Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Clinical/Hospital setting would strongly enhance an application
