Profile:

The right candidate holds a university degree in Finance, Business and/or MBA. He/she has extensive work experiences in finance tracks in multi-national companies. Business Partnering experience is valued, alternatively experience from a Business Consultancy firm. The candidate possesses the maturity to engage in the business decision making process of the Divisions, while at the same time maintaining the independence that lies in the “core” of the controller function. Positive energy and a “can-do” attitude is required to be an impactful member of the Divisional teams, since the candidate will get exposure to all sorts of challenges that lie within running a growing and transforming business. The candidate will be reporting into the FP&A Manager for Denmark.

The candidate is strong in finding solutions for ambiguous problems, driving end to end process executions across functions. Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex organizations and work through cross group collaboration. Ability to step up and handle special projects/provide leadership as and when required.

A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience is required, as well as experience in IT or Services companies

Core Responsibilities:

Performance and Partnership: 50%

.Partner with Divisional Heads to formulate the long term strategic planning and budgeting

.Review key metrics and opportunities and forecasting of future business.

.Monitoring key performance indicators and benchmark to facilitate business planning

.Help Divisional Heads drive the culture of ROI on business investments

.Create forward looking financial models to monitor scorecard performance

.Stay on top of the P&L impact from the transition into the Devices & Services world, driving change management processes to ensure operational forecast accuracy

.Drive Opportunity sizing / White space overviews by engaging with business demonstrating revenue models, mapping to customer profiles

.Trusted advisor to Divisional Heads, build strong partnerships across DK subsidiary as well as within Microsoft Corp and Regional (WE) Headquarters. Be a recognized leader and sought after for advices and recommendations.

Process Excellence: 30%

.Drive an effective rhythm of the business performance reviews

.Drive forecast accuracy through solid forecasting model and process.

.Execute financial processes with quality and accuracy, improve business productivity and operations.

.Provide strong finance support and analysis to Divisions, including variance and trend analysis with in-depth identifications of root causes on the status of business.

.Support the Compliance and LCA teams in driving the compliance agenda
