Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for helping the National Sales Director execute their channel sales development plans to ultimately meet and exceed an aggressive revenue target for the region. Develop a solid pipeline of major account opportunities where Nuance products will be deployed across the enterprise;

  • Consistently achieve assigned revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
  • Manage and support regional account sales activity, and provide end-user and reseller account management, sales training and motivation;
  • Ensure a high level of MFP partner and end user satisfaction with Nuance products.
  • Develop relationships with Dealers and Branch personnel to assist in gaining ‘mind share’ as it relates to sales and marketing programs to drive more opportunities and sales engagements
  • Provide weekly forecasts and reports and update CRM Systems as required by the business
Qualifications:

Number of Years of Work Experience:

  • 7+ years solution selling experience that reflects channel sales in the enterprise software space – preferably in document and print Management, Cost Recovery, document distribution and integration, and workflow or content management

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals;
  • Competency with software sales, imaging solutions, channel sales and knowledge of the MFP industry;
  • Strong channel partnership business development sales experience.
  • Confident, polished professional with the motivation and drive to succeed

Preferred Skills:

  • Digital copier/scanner/printer or other hardware sales experience would be a benefit as long as you have recent significant software solution sales success;
  • Ability to effectively present technical information;
  • Possess the technical knowledge to understand pre and post-sales support matters, facilitate onsite installations, provide training for a partner’s sales staff, and understand where Nuance solutions fit within a customer’s solution stack
