Job Description
The B2B team is dedicated to developing solutions that make it easy for business customers to buy on AmazonSupply.com. As an important part of the B2B team, Enterprise Sales representatives are responsible for initiating and developing strong relationships with large enterprise business customers. The candidate will work closely with large enterprises to understand their procurement requirements and then work with internal Amazon teams to determine the best solution to addresses the business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across functional areas such as procurement, production, maintenance, supply chain and IT in large, complex businesses and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Develop a territory customer acquisition and account management plan
· Report on prospect acquisition pipeline and customer spend adoption
· Meet or exceed targets for customer acquisition and customer spend adoption
· Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities
· Educating and networking with key prospect and customer contacts
· Ability to converse with senior customer stakeholders including CPOs, VP’s Supply Chain, and others.
· Manage contracting and legal negotiations
· Develop long term relationships with multiple stakeholders in customer accounts
· Help design and facilitate the customer beta programs for targeted Tier 1 accounts
· Drive and accelerate spend adoption within assigned accounts
· Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical and Category Management teams.
· Help define the ideal account management playbook for Tier 1 customers
· Drive customer satisfaction
· Work closely with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service and other key internal Amazon stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
· 5+ years B2B large enterprise sales and/or account management
· BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications
· Active listener and effective communicator
· Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
· Proven ability to influence others
· Strong ownership, bias for action and willingness to role-up your sleeves
· Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com) and other systems
· Knowledge of Source to Pay processes at large enterprises
